Refunds
Once your order has been processed, we do not provide refunds except under special circumstances. Your purchase is a legally binding contract wherein you agree to purchase the item of your choice and have your credit card or other account billed by us. However, should you be unlucky enough to receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@uggbootsworldwide.com with your specific problem and we'll get back to you promptly. All faulty or damaged items will require photo evidence (send via email) as proof. Please make sure you include your order ID and name so you can quickly track your order.

Exchanges
We are happy to exchange (size and/or colour) any product within 30 days of order placement, provided we receive the goods in PRISTINE condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer. There will also be an addition administration fee of $20AUD. If the item is damaged upon receipt, we will be unable to accept the goods and they will be returned to you at your cost.

Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your order with us, you will charge an administration fee. The administration fee is equal to 10% of the total cost for your order. Cancellations received after orders have been processed (manufactured) will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
